| Developing Seniors |
| A seven-module programme to support the development of seniors within Adult Social Care. The course looks at improving the skills and knowledge of supervisors, to enable them to learn about their own personal qualities and the importance of reflection to improve the quality of Person-Centred Care. Attendance on ALL 7 dates is required to complete the course.
