| Developing Seniors |
| A seven-module programme to support the development of seniors within Adult Social Care. The course looks at improving the skills and knowledge of supervisors, to enable them to learn about their own personal qualities and the importance of reflection to improve the quality of Person-Centred Care. Attendance on ALL 7 dates is required to complete the course.
Cohort 24 - Face to Face - Louth19th September 2024 - Introduction - 9.30am - 4.30pm 3rd October 2024 - Safe - 9.30am - 4.30pm 16th October 2024 - Effective - 9.30am - 4.30pm 30th October 2024 - Caring - 9.30am - 4.30pm 13th November 2024- Responsive - 9.30am - 4.30pm 27th November 2024 - Well Led - 9.30am - 4.30pm 18th December 2024 - Action Plan / Final Evaluation - 10am - 12midday - Online (managers are requested to attend for the final evaluation for about 30 minutes)
