Assessing the Care Certificate

4 half days course for competent and motivated carers who are willing to help others. This course entails fresh ideas to improve the level of assessment when undertaking the care certificate. Day 1 and 2 will focus on developing a strategy to deliver the care certificate for your organisation, examining how to support competency based-assessment. Day 3 and 4 will focus on utilising paperwork that supports assessment, and meeting quality assurance to ensure competent assessment of the care certificate.
